It is that time of year again when our AHPCSA fees are due, Please see below for the latest information from AHPCSA.

The info is also available on Social Media and the ACHCSA website.

It is very important to keep up to date with these payments as it reflects on our professionalism and business practice outcomes.

 

 

 

Dear Practitioners & Therapists

 

Your invoices are being emailed out and you should receive your invoice shortly.

 

Kindly note the following important information and reminder that the final date for payment of your registration fees is 31 March 2018 (only if not paid by 31 March and you have not made an arrangement with the AHPCSA for late payment or a payment plan, then you pay the higher amount for April, if still not paid by the end of April then you pay the higher amount as indicated for May etc.)

 

ACCOUNT ENQUIRIES & COPY INVOICES REQUIRED (PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THESE BEFORE COUNCIL REOPENS ON JANUARY 8:

 

  1. Surnames A to K: Ms Camille Terry: camille@ahpcsa.co.za; and
  2. Surnames L to Z: Ms Portia Maple: portia@ahpcsa.co.za.

 

PAYMENT REFERENCE:

 

  1. All payments made should reflect only your AHPCSA registration number i.e. A12345* (A number, followed by 5 numerals) and no other, as the AHPCSA uses banking software to allocate payments to your account. [*Early registrations with the AHPCSA consisted of an A number and four numerals and the AHPCSA directive some eight years ago was that a zero, '0', be added after the A and before the four numerals i.e. A01234, so that all registered persons have an A number and five numerals.]
  2. If your reference is incorrect, payment is dumped in a suspense account and must not only be reconciled manually, but is often unable to be reconciled since the incorrect reference provided is such as to be senseless in certain instances.
  3. Do not add any reference to your profession, abbreviated or otherwise, or surname to the registration number. Use only your registration number.
  4. You may check AHPCSA bank account details and your AHPCSA registration number on the AHPCSA website, www.ahpcsa.co.za > Practitioners > [applicable register]]
  5.
